Condition guide

Sealed, unexpired, and accurately described.

Inspect every side of each box before requesting a quote. Product condition can affect eligibility and any final payout.

Check the seals

Factory seals must be present and intact. Do not tape, glue, or otherwise repair packaging.

EXP

Read the expiration

The expiration date must be clear and unaltered. Expired products are not eligible.

360

Inspect every side

Look for tears, crushed corners, stains, cuts, writing, removed labels, or other damage.

ID

Protect personal information

Do not alter the manufacturer packaging. If a pharmacy label contains personal information, contact us before shipping for case-specific instructions.

CAM

Photograph the items

Keep clear photos of the products, expiration dates, seals, and the packed shipment.

BOX

Pack to prevent damage

Use a sturdy outer box and enough padding to keep product boxes away from corners and movement.

Examples of problems

Disclose damage before shipping.

Crushed or dented

Compressed panels, bent corners, or structural deformation.

Torn or sliced

Rips, cuts, holes, or broken factory seals.

Stained or marked

Water marks, dirt, ink, adhesive, or label damage.

Expired or altered

Past expiration, unreadable dates, covered identifiers, or tampering.

Before you ship

  1. Wait for written acceptance and shipment instructions.
  2. Confirm the item list, proposed payout, inspection rules, and payment method.
  3. Photograph the supplies and their expiration dates.
  4. Place the products inside a separate sturdy shipping box; never ship using the retail product box as the outer mailer.
  5. Add padding on every side and keep products away from box corners.
  6. Seal the outer box securely and retain the tracking receipt.
Never send supplies without approval. An online quote request by itself is not authorization to ship.
